Effects of the tailored intervention program in lowering blood glucose levels and diabetes distress among patients with diabetes in Indonesia: a randomized controlled trial

Introduction: Blood glucose levels and diabetes distress are the foremost factors contributing to treatment outcomes managements. No tailored intervention program was implemented for patients with in Indonesia. This study aimed investigate effectiveness of a lowering blood among Methods: A randomized controlled trial (RCT) pre-test post-tests applied. total 163 people were collected both (n=80) control (n=83) groups: diabetes-tailored attempted group. Descriptive statistics, Analysis Variant (ANOVA) inferential statistics used analyze data (significance level <0.05). Results: The mean before after group 255.19 mg/dl, 245.60 mg/dl (p-value >0.05); 2.46 2.01 <0.01). While group's 227.81 245.94 (pvalue <0.05); 2.37 >0.05). Conclusions: is effective on decreasing distress, showed significant result distress.
